Maintaining consistent thickness across high-volume production is challenging, especially for precision components such as wafers and thin parts.
The integrated online thickness measurement system continuously monitors workpiece dimensions. Combined with CNC parameter control, the machine improves thickness consistency and reduces variation during mass production.
During continuous grinding operations, heat accumulation may influence grinding plate stability and machining accuracy.
Solution: The constant temperature cooling system maintains stable temperature conditions for the processing plate.
